You see I am a born entrepreneur and have tried my hand in many different businesses. I decided to dedicate myself to real estate full time, because I believe that real estate is the best investment money can buy. I started heavily investing into rental properties for myself. I have established an impressive rental portfolio and still continue to build on it. I have also turned around numerous Fix-and-Flips and Wholesale deals. There are endless opportunities out there in real estate, I am determined to take advantage of each and every one of them. Through all these years I have built a huge relationship with people in the business and out.
The ones that know me understand I have a huge network-relationship with Mortgage-lenders, Hard-Money lenders, Lawyers, Accountants, CPA'S and many more. As a result of that is my clients are comfortable and confident through-out the process and know that they have a solid back with them for every time they are Selling, Buying and Investing with me.
My real estate business is 90% based on referrals from other clients, which is a result of the high standard of quality service and customer satisfaction I always aim to give. I have clients Referring me from other parts outside of New York because of the clarity and satisfaction I provided to them or their loved ones at some point in their lives. I have a huge Buyer-Seller clientage following from Savvy Investors to first time Homebuyers because of those results I produced for them. Whether it be new construction homes, multi-family or investment properties, I have purposefully forged a network in the New York Real Estate industryou the best properties out there.
