William GoTie Architecture

This mansion was custom built in 2012 by a world-renowned architect William GoTie. The architect and the previous owner traveled around the world for two years to get the design ideas. The whole left side of the house is a master suite. The right side is occupied by guest suites, All the granite was brought to New York by ships from Rome. The entrance lions were crafted os one peace in China, it took one year to craft them. The granite medallion at the entrance is unique and is one of a kind. The whole house was customized for Prince's needs, it is fully automated and is controlled through iPads. The house has been sold recently and the new owner would like others to enjoy the lifestyle through an Airbnb experience. Bayside Marina is just two blocks away.
